Product Introduction:

1. This automatic line is suitable for mold processing. It uses standard pallets to load the workpieces and can handle a wide variety of processing tasks. 
2. The edge storage area can store a large number of raw materials and finished products, enabling long-term production without human intervention. 
3. The manual loading and unloading station enables the robot to continuously pick up and store the raw materials or finished products in the line-side warehouse. 
4. The automatic line and the machine tool use the PN communication protocol, which enables them to connect with MES for real-time interaction of production data.

Product Features:

1. Each storage position in the line-side warehouse has a signal detection function to eliminate the risk of collisions. 
2. The robot gripper has been modified by using standard screws for non-standard purposes, resulting in a significant increase in its load-bearing capacity. 
3. The human-machine interaction positions for loading and unloading are separated spatially to ensure personnel safety. 
4. The display screen can provide real-time information about the production process on the automatic line.

Safety and Maintenance:

1. After the robot starts working, personnel should leave the working area of the robot to prevent accidents during the flipping process.
2. If the robot gives an alarm, wait until the alarm is resolved before reconnecting the servo power supply.
3. Regularly clean the dust from the control cabinet and the surface of the robot.
4. Regularly back up the data program of the robot to prevent loss and inability to restore.
5. Replace the main body battery once a year, and replace the control cabinet battery once every two years.
6. Regularly check the sound of the motor reducer.
7. Regularly check the tightness of screws and nuts.
8. Regularly check the voltage and current, and check for the presence of ground wires.
9. Regularly check if the air pressure of the air source reaches the normal pressure.
