Equipment Process:

After demolding from the mold, the plastic bucket undergoes robotic arm operations for gate trimming, rim cooling, and airtightness testing.

Solution:

1. Transfer via robotic arms to the gate trimming station for removing residual material.

2.After trimming, the bucket is moved by robotic arms to the rim cooling & airtightness testing module for simultaneous cooling of the rim and sealing validation.

3.Upon completion of airtightness testing, the bucket is automatically transferred to the unloading station via robotic arms.

Specification

Safety and Maintenance:

1. After the robot starts working, personnel should leave the working area of the robot to prevent accidents during the flipping process.
2. If the robot gives an alarm, wait until the alarm is resolved before reconnecting the servo power supply.
3. Regularly clean the dust from the control cabinet and the surface of the robot.
4. Regularly back up the data program of the robot to prevent loss and inability to restore.
5. Replace the main body battery once a year, and replace the control cabinet battery once every two years.
6. Regularly check the sound of the motor reducer.
7. Regularly check the tightness of screws and nuts.
8. Regularly check the voltage and current, and check for the presence of ground wires.
9. Regularly check if the air pressure of the air source reaches the normal pressure.
